1. What We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service:

  • Device ID: A randomly generated anonymous identifier stored in your browser's localStorage. Not tied to your identity.
  • Email address (optional): Only if you voluntarily link one for Pro status recovery.
  • Game activity: Daily game count per device for freemium enforcement. Not stored long-term.
  • Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

2. What We Don't Collect

  • Your name (player names entered in-game are ephemeral and not stored)
  • Location data
  • Browsing history
  • Biometric data
  • Any data from minors under 13

3. How We Use Data

Collected data is used solely to: operate the Service, enforce daily game limits, restore Pro status, and improve the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • xAI (Grok): AI question and voice generation. Game content is sent to xAI for processing. Subject to xAI's terms.
  • Railway: Hosting. Subject to Railway's privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Device records and usage counts are retained for 90 days then automatically deleted. If you link an email, it is retained until you request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your device ID or email at any time by contacting us. We will fulfill verified deletion requests within 30 days.
